Switched Mode Transmitter Architecture
This project presents a method of deploying RF switch mode power amplification for varying envelope signals. Thereby the power amplifier can be operated as a switch with a high power efficiency as the result. Another major component is Delta Sigma Modulator which includes high resolution 4-Bit Flash ADCs for data conversion.

My area of research is 4-Bit High Speed Flash ADC used in Delta Sigma Modulator (Switch Mode Transmitter Architecture)
At the moment I am implementing the 4-Bit Flash ADC at 1GHz using MCML (250nm) Technology:
I am using Cadence for simulations and layout design.
My future work is to upgrade the 4-Bit ADC to 8-Bit Flash ADC operating at 2 GHz frequency
My work is also going for tape out in April,2011 at IHP Germany
